Saint Anthony / San Antón / Don Antton.

Don Antton edo Don Antton Abadea:

Duela bederatzi egun, Done Atton Abaden eguna izan zen. Espainian  egun honetan, elizetan meza bitxia eta berezia egiten dute gero hartatik, prozesioan ateratzeko. 
Prozesioan, elizaren apaizarekin, dultzaineroek musika jotzen dute eta nerabe kokinagoenak edo frikunagoenak esakune zaharrak abesten dituzten bitartean, animaliak jasotzen dituzte, eliza horren auzoaren inguruan ibiltzen duten bitartean. Ibilbidea amaitzen da , hazten duen lekuan, hau da, elizaren aurrean. 

Bertan, animaliak  bedeinkatzen ditu apaizak. Eta amaitzeko, prozesioara joan direnei, sari bezala, odolosteak eta jijak ematen dira bertan egindako ardoa edo garagardoarekin batera.

Beraz interesgarria iruditu zitzaidan horretaz artikulu bat idaztea, neure oroimenetan,  alimali asko sarritan agertzen direlako. 

Gustatuko litzaidake asko zuen herrialdeetan festa hura ospatzen bada, zuek azaltzea hemen,  kultura gehiago jakiteko eta gustatuko litzaidake jakitea zenbat era desberdinetan egin daitekeela gauza bera.  Beraz, beste herrialdeetatik bazarete, mezedez,  azal iezaidazue nola ospatzen duzue festa hain polit hura: Don Antton.

San Antonio Abad o San Antón:


 Hace nueve días, en el  17 de enero, en España se celebró San Antón una fiesta muy esperada y que de costumbre,es celebrada en en la iglesia dónde los protagonistas se van recogiendo en profesión.

Primero, se celebra el Santísimo sacrificio de la misa, un tanto distinto al resto de misas. Al acabar, se sale en procesión por el barrio de la iglesia en la que se esté, en compañia del cura cómo no.

Durante la pocesión, los  jovenes más picaros y traviesos  recitan y cantan proverbios al son de la música tocada por los dulzaineros. Al oir la música y los proverbios la gente del barrio se  une a la procesión  con sus animales, mascota, de compañia...

Al finalizar la procesión, se llega al punto inicial, es decir a la iglesia, y en frente de está sin entran dentro, se bendicen a los animales y despues los participantes comulgan dando fin a la procesión.

A los participantes se les  obsequia con jijas y morcilla acompañadas con vino o cerveza del lugar.

 Al ser una fiesta que me gusta mucho, he decido escribir un articulo sobre ella. Espero que os haya gustado, me gustaría también que me contarais como celebrais vosotros esta fiesta si es que lo haceis, y especificar con ello si es en otro país. Me muero de ganas por saber como. 
 
Saint Anthony The Great

Nine days ago, in Spain, we celebrated a very beautiful party, where animals were the main protagonists.

At beginning, we do a very special mass and when it finished, we went out the church. And we started walking around  the that church´s neighborhood. Then,  the youngest people sang some proverbs to the sound of  the music that is done by the dulzaina players.

When the people heard us, they came with theirs pets or animals, and we stoped walking when we returned again to the church and there, the priest blessed all the animals.

At the end, for all the participating people received as if their were winners of something, black pudding and "jijas" with a cup of the region´s wine or beer.

Jijas are a very commun plate in Spain   that is made up by little spicy pork sausage´s fried picies with little pitted meat that´s fried too.    

I would like to know how do you celebrate this singular party if you do, and if you are from diferent contries please tell me, It will make me very happy.
